        By making any booking, registration, or payment with Kalaya Greens, you agree to the terms mentioned in this Refund Policy.
    

1. Booking & Registration Amount

The booking amount or Expression of Interest (EOI) paid towards any residential plot, unit, or property at Kalaya Greens is subject to the terms and conditions of the project.

Booking amount once paid is considered confirmation of interest in the property.
Allotment shall be subject to successful verification of documents and payment realization.
The company reserves the right to accept or reject any booking without assigning any reason.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or official communication channel.
If cancellation is requested before allotment confirmation, refund eligibility shall be reviewed by management.
After plot allotment or agreement execution, cancellation charges may apply.
Administrative, processing, and documentation charges are non-refundable.
Government charges, stamp duty, registration fees, GST, and applicable taxes are non-refundable.
Refund Policy shall be applicable as per the provisions and guidelines of RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority).

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds shall be processed within 30 to 60 working days from the date of approval and completion of all required formalities.

Refunds will be made through bank transfer or original payment mode only.
The company shall not be liable for delays caused by banking institutions or government authorities.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Failure to complete payment as per payment plan.
Violation of company policies or booking terms.
Cancellation after possession process initiation.
Special promotional or discounted offers marked as non-refundable.

5. Project Delays & Force Majeure

Kalaya Greens shall not be responsible for delays caused due to government approvals, legal restrictions, natural calamities, pandemic situations, strikes, or any force majeure conditions beyond company control.

In such situations, refund requests shall be handled as per applicable RERA norms and project agreement terms.

6. Modification of Policy

The company reserves the right to amend, update, or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
